Where the Crawdads Sing tells the tale of Kya, an abandoned woman who lifted herself to adulthood in the risky marshlands of North Carolina.
For a long time, rumors of the “Marsh Girl” haunted Barkley Cove, isolating the sharp and resilient Kya from her neighborhood.
Drawn to two young men from city, Kya opens herself to a new and startling world but when just one of them is identified dead, she is quickly solid by the community as the main suspect.
As the scenario unfolds, the verdict as to what in fact happened gets to be increasingly unclear, threatening to expose the numerous insider secrets that lay within the marsh.
The In which the Crawdads Sing movie stars Daisy Edgar-Jones (Regular Persons) as Kya Clark, Taylor John Smith (Sharp Objects) as Tate Walker, and Harris Dickinson (The King’s Gentleman) as Chase Andrews.
The forged also incorporates Michael Hyatt (Snowfall) as Mabel, Sterling Macer, Jr. (Double Down) as Jumpin’, and David Strathairn (Nomadland) as Tom Milton.
